Maintenance & Support Contract Pricing 2009-2010

Here is a list of our maintenance and support packages for the forthcoming year. For you convenience, we have included a link to pay securily on-line with PayPal, but you can of course pay us by French cheque or bank transfer if you prefer. If you have any questions, or would like to be invoiced for a maintenance or support contract, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

*“On-Site” Contract – € 295


  • On-line support during office hours for 1 year
  • Telephone support during office hours when necessary
  • On-Site Service – Your computer is serviced at your location once per year
  • Remote access assistance (We connect directly to your computer if necessary)
  • Priority support

“Off-Site” Contract – € 200


  • On-line support during office hours for 1 year
  • Telephone support during office hours when necessary
  • One PC service at Orrom Informatique per year
  • Remote access assistance (We connect directly to your computer if necessary)

  • On-line support during office hours for 1 year

Hourly Support (non-contract holders) - € 40

  • On-line support during office hours charged at the rate above
  • Telephone support during office hours when necessary, charged at the rate above
  • Service of PC not included
  • Priority will be given to Contract holders

*Contract only available within a 60km radius of Cahors

  • Contract prices are based on support and servicing for one PC. Additional computers can be added at reduced rates.
  • Any additional work or materials will be charged separately after consultation with the client.
  • On-line support is though our “Support Ticket” system only.
  • Telephone support can only be guaranteed, if client has no Internet access.
  • All support requests will be answered within at least 24 business hours, but normally within 5 hours.
  • Hourly support is charged at a half hourly rate or part thereof. Charges are deemed to be the time spent on a support request, and not necessarily the time spent communicating with the client.
  • Contract holders will receive priority over hourly support clients.
  • On-Site service will be carried out on your premises, and requires uninterrupted access to your PC.
  • Off-Site service will be carried out at our premises and requires that you deliver the PC to us and collect it one working day later.
  • Remote access assistance requires an ADSL internet connection and the installation of licensed software. The price of any software required is included within the cost of the contract.
  • All maintenance contracts are payable in full in advance of beginning on contract.
  • Unfortunately work that we have already completed will not be covered by any new support contracts taken out.
  • Business hours: Monday – Friday | 09:00 – 17:00 | Closed weekends & bank holidays
