We have been using Mark Orrom's skills for the best part of 5 years now. He re-designed our Website for us and did the French version too.
At the best of times, using a computer can be difficult for the novice. Not all people are "techies" and many do find the day to day use of their computer somewhat of a challenge. Add to that the fact that you are now living in France, where the problems you face with your computer are totally different (Livebox issues, power problems etc), and outside of having to use all that techno babble for your computer, you have now got to use it in FRENCH! All of this makes owning and maintaining a computer in France a bit of a challenge.
To that end, we hope to build up a knowledgebase on our site to help your computer worries a little less stressful! We will include regular updates on security and computer problems, and will also build a “Frequently Asked Question” section on computer care and use, aimed in particular at the English user in France.
